All-staff event

The Glenmorangie Company, owners of Glenmorangie and Ardbeg single malt Scotch whiskies, wanted to bring together staff from its five sites across Scotland to enjoy an in-person, two-day staff gathering to celebrate the team, the business achievements, and to have some fun!

D2 Collective curated and delivered an end-to-end immersive experience, travel, accommodation, venue sourcing, branding, theming, a full two-day programme of edutainment activities, bespoke catering, evening entertainment, and a celebrity MC. 

The feedback from the company Board and, importantly, from the staff attending was exceptional – they loved meeting and working with colleagues from other parts of the business, having the opportunity to ask questions and share their views, the smooth running of the event and, of course, having lots of fun in the process! Client objectives were met, expectations exceeded, and all within budget.
